French-born Annick Hivert-Carthew, author of seven internationally published books and renowned keynote speaker, introduces Jane Austen in an intimate manner through letters Ms. Austen penned to her sister Cassandra. Entertaining and informative, this presentation illustrates Jane Austen’s world with pictures and artifacts of her country and houses, from Steventon Rectory where she was born, to Winchester Cathedral where she is buried. |
