seven internationally published books and
renowned keynote speaker, introduces Jane Austen
in an intimate manner through letters Ms. Austen
penned to her sister Cassandra.
Entertaining and informative, this presentation
illustrates Jane Austen’s world with pictures and
artifacts of her country and houses, from Steventon
Rectory where she was born, to Winchester
Cathedral where she is buried.
Tickets are limited, non-refundable and cost $30 for members of the
Macomb County Historical Society & $35 for non-members.

A full afternoon tea will be served in our Victorian Garden and will include
our Three Wives Tea, scones with mock Devonshire cream and jam, a
variety of tea-sandwiches and desserts.
